  • The Ultimate Car

Ok, so what is your ultimate dream car? Best all around car for you? I personally could care less about my cars quarter mile time, as I have respect and interest in others, I just have never cared for it in my own car.

    My needs:

    -Really good handling
    -Nice high revving engine.
    -Quick (fast?) powerful.
    -Fairly good looking.

Some of the cars I would want:

    -Porsche 911 GT3
    -Ferrari F430 (the lightweight one)

I love those, obviously tons more come to mind, but those two just stand out right NOW. FAST in the mountains, FAST at a track day, sexy looking, mean sound, everything is sex.

    So post up.

Didn't we just have one of these threads not too long ago? :P

Lingenfelter TT Corvette. Sounds like a jet taking off at full spool. The sounds emanating from that car cannot be matched.
Koenigsegg CCXR. I'd drive the living hell out of it everyday.
Lamborghini Reventon. Since that would probably never happen, I'd take a Murcielago Roadster. :D

          Don't like to be cleché , but I think it'd be a McLaren F1

But back in the real world i'd pick
          911 GT2 (997)
          TVR Sagaras
          Noble M400

Those are the ones i'd pick off the top of my head...

                  RE: The Ultimate Car

for me, i wasnt a comfortable car thats also small and light enought to throw around and have fun, with enough power to be fun. examples:

                  -e36 m3
                  -escort cosworth
                  -miata
                  -mx3

im not one to buy an expensive car for the name, id rather drive a very common car that is modded properly to make it stand out.

'95 w/ now finished '99 swap, kyb agx's, flyin miata springs, sway bars, roll bar and more to come...sigpic

Yeah I won't buy a car for the NAME, but some of the higher end exotics with nice names not much will touch easily.

I know where there is a Reventon for sale right now if you are interested....lol.

As for the Murci, VERY hot, they feel big to drive, yet so tight and just beastly. I love them. And the sound ahhhhhhhh. Plus pulling the doors back down builds muscle ;)

lol The things I'd do to own that car. Where in the hell is one already for sale?!

Not only that, but it's also a great feeling to be "gliding" right above the ground at higher speeds. I liked watching the air ducts open in the side mirrors. :D

I don't need anything too expensive. I'd be completely happy with and Exige S240.
But if I had the money I would LOVE a C63 AMG Black Series
                            2012 Acura TSX Sportwagon
2001 NB track car that never gets driven
