its true. ask me how i know:
so im driving down 29 today leaving QT and i hit a bump. a SMALL bump. my gauge cluster lights go dim. so im like "wtf is going on here?". next thing i know im smelling burning plastic and im freakin out so i pull over and shut the car off. check all the fuses, none blown. so i get back in and the car wont start. we flag down someone to jump me off, who happened to be a really cute girl and i got her name and number . anyways, we start the car back up, no more smoke, but my gauge lights are gone. once again, i wtf. i try messing with the switch, and its really hard to move but the lights wont turn off.
basically, there was an epic short somewhere and it decided it needed to catch on fire. my lights stay on with the car, but turn off when you shut the car off. no turn sigs, and no gauge lights.
