When I worked at Buger Fling, we did some not so nice stuff to the ******* customers buahaha
I know better than to take out not-so-good food on the waiter/waitress... it's not their fault. But bad service is another thing. Jenn and I went to Ruby Tuesdays once and the service was horrid. The waitress was more converned about cleaning the floor over making sure we had silverware, never refilled our drinks and never apologized for the **** ups. In that case, we did let the manager know.
I've only received bad service once and that was recently at Outback. I filled out their survey to let them know about the situation, not necessarily to get free stuff, and the manager of the store called me and sent us a $45 Meal On Us coupon. We went back and everything was perfect that time.
What sucks for people like Laurabeth, are the ones who will ***** no matter what jsut to get a discount or free ****. LB, do your manages take that into consideration when people complain about food/service? Are they easy to spot?
When I worked at Outback, we could spot them all the time. I got moved from front of the house manager to back of the house manager because of how I finally got fed up and handled one.

When I worked at Chili's, I was offered the position of management for the new store that was opening in Camp Creek. Needless to say, I hated the food business and I knew that was one more step into that field which I didn't want.
