Suddenly my clutch pedal will stop it's negative travel at roughly the engagement point, and needs to be manually pulled up the rest of the way. The master and slave cylinders are only a few months old. Adjusting the nut at the top of the pedal didn't help much. Bleeding didn't help at all. Any ideas?

The spring looks OK and doesn't deform or do anything weird during clutch travel. And of course pedal travel fine when I checked it today...only an extra few mm were obtained by pulling it out. For $5 I'm going to order a new spring just in case. Because if I don't, it's sure to break when I'm in memphis for the targa next month.2018 Forester 2.5i 6MT
