Temporarily Closing Registrations - Dealing with Spam

I've had to temporarily turn off new registrations as the spam problem is ridiculous. I've opened a ticket with vbulletin asking for some more support as this is a cloud hosted service by them now.

There will be a mass deletion of all spam posts soon - again a feature that vbulletin decided to turn off in their wisdom.

Hopefully we'll be back up and running soon. Apologies for the inconvenience.

  • $50 Paint Job...

The technical stuff is in my build thread, but here are some finished pics. After ONE coat, will go and wet sand it, and do one more probably. Done with a paint roller and brushes.

My car was light pink with white wax stuck in the cracks and stuff lol.

I'm impressed that you were able to keep the falling leaves out of the paint. This isn't the best time of year for painting outside.

Cold temperature isnt the best environment for paint to 'flow' either.
I should do this with the son's...er..uh...I mean MY beater.
I could do a $75 version of it and spray the paint with a cheapie HVLP
gun from Harbor Freight Chinese Tool Co. haha.. :D
                  I have the paint already.
