Temporarily Closing Registrations - Dealing with Spam

I've had to temporarily turn off new registrations as the spam problem is ridiculous. I've opened a ticket with vbulletin asking for some more support as this is a cloud hosted service by them now.

There will be a mass deletion of all spam posts soon - again a feature that vbulletin decided to turn off in their wisdom.

Hopefully we'll be back up and running soon. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Athens Night Shot

    So Tyler (silver280zx), Mitch (flameproofcandle) and I decided to go out and shoot some pictures at some spur of the moment locations. Ended up at a car wash and behind Krogers. These are some of the best, had some killer looking other shots but the focus wasn't quite right on them unfortunately. I think I need to start wearing glasses when I'm shooting!

        :lol: it's not the shaking that's a problem, tripod and timer causes that. It's just trying to make sure the manual focus is as sharp as possible.

          i think we should get as many people off mx5atl.com together for a photo shoot! hopefully we could make the site a new banner, i think it would be an awesome idea

              yeah, that is true, maybe we could just find one of the local meets that a lot of our site goes to, then plan the shoot from that..

                    hah wow, well then im out of ideas, maybe we should have everyone take a cool picture of their car, then someone can photoshop them all into one big collage picture?

                      We'll have to organise something at a meet. The alignment day was early in the day and I think everyone had had enough by the time it was dying down. It can be achieved if we plan months in advance!
