Temporarily Closing Registrations - Dealing with Spam

I've had to temporarily turn off new registrations as the spam problem is ridiculous. I've opened a ticket with vbulletin asking for some more support as this is a cloud hosted service by them now.

There will be a mass deletion of all spam posts soon - again a feature that vbulletin decided to turn off in their wisdom.

Hopefully we'll be back up and running soon. Apologies for the inconvenience.

It is usually a good event, one of the most fun SCCA races of the year.
    I'll be there as usual.

We'll be there to collect our trophy for last season's Pro IT series championship at the very least,

Matt has yet to decide if he's gonna race that weekend , money's tight but we'll see.

Definitely the coolest SCCA event of the year. I will be there Sunday (miata may or may not be).

One day... i will have a license so i can drive something at some event up there :(

Still can't decide if i want to sign up for the PDX or not...If I only knew what the stipulations of working and driving were. I mean, if i sign up as a worker, do I just show up and they put me somewhere? I've never worked an event up there.....thought i would really like to.

Mike, to answer your question. I believe your there to work, your driving privileges are taken away.

They will probably assign you with someone on saturday that knows what they are doing and they will teach you what is going on. I had a buddy do a pdx a few months ago and he said it was well worth it. He learned a lot from the intsructor, got a log book which is what is needed to progress to the c group at some point.
BTW the 95 MPH limit makes a whole lot of sense in a street car when you are driving someone else (instructor). If you progress to c group in a stock car with stock safety stuff then go nuts with your OWN life. I've been at over 110 on the back stretch at RA with a bone stock 99. I will not do it again w/o proper safety stuff.

After reading a ton of articles in GRM about the ARRC, I'd love to get into it. Sounds like a ton of fun.
