Temporarily Closing Registrations - Dealing with Spam

I've had to temporarily turn off new registrations as the spam problem is ridiculous. I've opened a ticket with vbulletin asking for some more support as this is a cloud hosted service by them now.

There will be a mass deletion of all spam posts soon - again a feature that vbulletin decided to turn off in their wisdom.

Hopefully we'll be back up and running soon. Apologies for the inconvenience.

  • My Car, now with more wheels and tires!!

Well, my bday went by recently and my car now has a set of Enkei RS7s waiting on a set of General Exclaim UHPs to arrive. The Enkeis were priced crazy low on Edge Racing (no affiliation) $70 a wheel for 17x7s. I purchased the General Exclaims from TR (no affiliation). Can't wait to get them mounted and put on the car! Anyone on here have any experience with General Tires? They are apparently owned by Continental now and are just starting to push tires out for the performance sector. There were tons of positive reviews on this tire, as a bang for the buck kind of tire. Anyways, wanted to share as I am excited. I will post pics of the wheels and tires on the car asap!

The wheels look nice from what I've seen online. Minimal weight gains, I hope?

Yes, the tires weigh a little less than stock, the wheels weigh slightly more, so it about evens itself out, maybe less than 1/4 pound total gain...

Speaking of which, didn't you used to have a avatar or sig?

They look great! Nice price too.

You probably already know what would make them look even better - if you lowered the car about an 1 - 1.5 inches, it would be perfect!

For $70 a wheel? That could well be the best value wheel I've ever seen. I wouldn't have flinched if you said they were twice that. They look really good mate, good deal! They suit the NC just perfect!
