ok i am looking for ideas on what color to paint a set of 14" daisy wheels. my car is the 10th ae so its body and top are blue. i do have access to a friends powder coating set up so i can go that route( just will take a lot longer since he is always busy hard to use his stuff) or just paint it with rattle cans. i was thinking black with a polished or chrome lip but everyone does it, and i thought of just doing a chrome since the car has chrome accents on it anyway and the stock wheels are chrome. well just figured i would see what everyone thought, dont want it to look rice or tacky but i think the daisy wheels are boring the way they look now.

Gold or bronze? :cool: Well I'm going to be painting my next set of wheels gold again. How about white? That would be pretty pimping. In fact, I think I might check that out myself. White wheels on a white car :D -

I am with Duffelbagger on this one...Daisys on an AE will look a bit mehhh...regardless of color.

For some odd reason, I picture an elephant standing on a skateboard when thinking of a NB on 14's :wtf:
Seriously though, I still want to have a 10AE one day. I think something in bright silver,white or black/hyper black is the only way to go. Blue would be too much blue, gold/bronze would look nice from the outside but nothing else on the car is that color and it would look out of place.Comment
