Temporarily Closing Registrations - Dealing with Spam

I've had to temporarily turn off new registrations as the spam problem is ridiculous. I've opened a ticket with vbulletin asking for some more support as this is a cloud hosted service by them now.

There will be a mass deletion of all spam posts soon - again a feature that vbulletin decided to turn off in their wisdom.

Hopefully we'll be back up and running soon. Apologies for the inconvenience.

  • FS Clutch kit and parts, FM frame rail bars

Ok I realized I forgot to post up the Clutch kit.

What I've got consists of Parts I purchased new for my 97 for a revamp that never happened.
A 1.8 value clutch by Exedy. Purchased from Rosenthal Mazda. Never Used and has the clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing and tool. I paid 94.95 + shipping. I'll discount it for pick up at $75.00 Part number is BP07-16-490-MV

Insulator and Dust boots. Never Used – part numbers NA01-64-481B and M513-17-480A. I paid 19.95 and 20.95 respectively. So pick up at $15 each. Mazda Parts

*SOLD* Flyin Miata Lightweight Steel Flywheel – Never used – Part number 08-26500 – For the 1.8 motor. List price at $295. So Pick up at $225

*SOLD* Flyin Miata SS braided clutch hose – Model 08-66000 – Never used. Paid 37.95 so pick up at $30.00

Tokico Slave Cylinder purchased from FM – Their Part number 08-46500. Tokico Part number NA01-41-920B Paid 55.95 for pick up at $45.00.

Prices are about 20 percent off of the price I paid for them. If you were to order these pieces you would pay - $524.75 plus shipping –

If you want any pieces I will sell them for the listed price plus applicable shipping costs. Figure on what the UPS rates from 30040 to your zip code. I would imagine that the shipping cost smaller pieces would start around $6 to ship ground

I still do have the FM Frame rails for sale ($100) and the VooDoo Shift knob $20. See my other thread for details of those. I’ll open those up for shipping at those prices plus shipping.

Again if you are interested, please email me at jcardin at automationdirect.com First come first served.
Added some pics, the wheels are selling tonight.

Check your PM, Perhaps I can do a lay-away or something.

As for the frame rails - They do stiffen up the structure. I didn't feel they were worth $200 after I put them on but I did feel that they were worth $100. I likened the stiffing to the difference between lifting a mattress by the corner and lifting a boxspring by the corner. You could tell the difference when hitting a bump with one of the front tires. It's not a huge difference but slightly noticable. The feature I did love was that you could jack up the car by these things. Drop the jack right under the mirror and you could lift the entire side of the car at once. Slap your jack stands under the factory points and you're done. Helps alot when rotating tires or doing any work under the car.

yup same ones, AKA Finishline Performance. Ijust checked their prices and it looks like they've gone up on some stuff. $5 higher on the clutch,
$5 on the lower shift boot, and they sell the slave for $10 more.

I'm not sure the value clutch is gonna hold up against a turbo's torque. It's rated the same as the factory clutch.
