[For Sale] 99 1.8 motor

Got this in a car cluster reads 107xxx motor is really clean but i never heard it run. Selling for parts or rebuild. Plug wires look new no damage that i can see. Motor had intake and hoses fully attached ive sold intake already. Has been covered in the car

Has a 5 speed trans and aftermarket header attached to it that will be sold seperate or together as a package

Motor: 200
Header: 100
Transmission: 100
All 3 Combined: 360

So do you have any inclination that this motor would run when properly wired?

The previous owner said the car ran just fine but had a sputter to it. I never tried to get it to run at all. Checked computer and no check engine codes saved

Got the motor to fire but it has a sputter as previous owner said.

Man!
Where can I begin?
Plug wires twisted around each other.
Metal wire separators.
Silly blue vacuum lines spliced in.
I don't even know what that is zip tied to #1, that is then tied to the main engine harnesss.
There is probably nothing wrong with that motor, a little TLC could not fix...that and $50 in parts.
