  • FS: 2004 MazdaSpeed Miata Club Racer - 2k miles! $9500

No affiliation - sounds like a great deal for someone who wants a dedicated racer:

Hey it's time to sell the ride now and this is a good deal considering the price to value... $9,500

    But first the facts:
    - Prepared and Legal in T3 Class per 2009 GCR
    - A/C & Heater removed - Can you say De-LIGHTened?
    - Good PDX or Track Day car
    - Could run in BSP as is - but not set-up for Solo.
    - 1940 miles (yes that's not a typo) - All race miles
    - Spec Miata suspension
    - Oversize Ron Davis Radiator + a spare Ron Davis Radiator
    - Ultrashield Aluminum seat
    - 6 pt. Impact Racing belts (new 2008 w/HANS shoulder belts)
    - Custom full cage
    - Set of Team Dynamics ProRace 1.2 15" wheels with Hoosier R6's (50% left on tires)
    - Set of OEM Racing Hart 17" wheels with Hoosier R6's (50% left on tires)
    - Speed Bleeders on all 4 calipers
    - Corner weighted by OPM for 200# driver.

One issue, the frame member under driver's side was compressed at import dock (those pesky Teamsters) so Mazda did not issue MSO. This is how Mazda got the car to racers as a salvage - frame and car is straight - they just couldn't ship it to a dealer that way. Easy to fix if you want but it doesn't affect handling or set-up.

Selling car on Bill of Sale. You could title it, but it would not be street legal (no airbags).

I'm prolly missing something - the car scored a 2nd place at CMP National Club Race - could do better with better driver

            On image 655?

My guess would be to cover the sharp edge since the bottom half of the door panel is cut out.

              It's a race car, tape = win.

Seen this car before. But good luck keeping up with the Cobalts in T3 with it.

Yes, go to an SCCA race...Dodge Neon ACR's dominated SS classes for years, even Saturns were quick, even in ITA there are a few quick Saturns.
