  • Now For Sale: 2001 Miata

Due to recent developments in the GM world (read: Saturn getting the axe) I need to minimize debts ASAP. Sooooooo..... Don't really want to, but putting a feeler out there for my car. '01, 52,5000 miles, Torsen, white with MSM head lights, RB swaybar, Mazdaspeed swaybar mounts, Koni shocks. Hoping for $7600? Oh, and feeler no more. Car's definitely up for sale.

If I can sell this (and I'm willing to throw in a Tiretail and a set of 15X6 rattlecan black Miata wheels with used-up V710s) then I'm looking at a cheap as **** car. Probably an old Saturn SL1, you can get 'em for a hair over a grand if you know where to look.

Heh, last daily was a '96 SL2 I got for $500 while I was building my '02 SL Turbo. Ran like a champ, no body damage, just needed a head gasket when I got it. Sold it for $700 and the guy is still daily driving it, about 250,000 miles on it now. :D

Anyway, sorry to see you selling your Miata, hope things start looking better for you, but GLWS.

          Kevin, I'm sorry man.
I saw and drove this car last year. It was nice and clean. I love the Konis on this car.

I figure if I can tighten the belt now and prep for the shock, keep my income needs flexible, then I can get any kind of job I can and be alright. I love the car, it's an incredible machine, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

Do you have a regular hitch or a hidden hitch?

Hidden hitch. As for the CRX, eh, not a fan.

I noticed that when I put the car up for sale on the SoloAtlanta forum, I typed in $7400 instead of $7600. In the interest of keeping it simple (and not confusing people who go to both websites), it's $7400.

Wheels are now officially sold. Still have the Tiretail available. Car is $7400, or best offer. I also have a set of old stock shocks that came off at 30,000 miles, and the stock muffler if anyone wants them.
