  • Rear Axle for a 1.8L car

I'm in the process of replacing the drivers side rear axle on my car, and I need an axle. I got one from Jessee, and it's from a 1.6 car. I didn't know there was a difference, but I was in for a surprise. Any help would be great. Thanks guys.

Here's the issue I have right now..

1.6 and 1.8 axles are most certainly different. I have a spare set of non-ABS 1.8 axles, but don't really want to split them. Let me know if you can't find anything else, and we might be able to work something out.

The early 2 pc axles for 1.8's are often difficult to find.
Seems like the later one piece units are more plentiful.
At least thats been my experience when looking for one replacement.
You can get a pair of those for $100-150

FWIW, my set spare set are the two-piece 1.8 axles.
