  • cam position sensor

    anyone have a cam position sensor laying around cheep (maybe even free?). Guy said my car won't start because it was broken. And i'm going up there tomarrow to put a new one in.
    2000 Brilliant Black & tan: 1.9L Sr20 turbo with begi log manifold and SGDP--DIYPNP--ID1000s--Bilstien coilovers--MSW type 16 wheels--FM stage 1 clutch w/ 10.3lb flywheel

    I have we can use to make sure this is what it is. If it work, i'll sell it to you cheap. I'll be up there ~3:30pm tomorrow anyway.

      sounds like a good time to me. I'll be there.

      and thanks. The only things is that i keep getting told that if the cam sensor is broken there is no spark.

        not sure how much of a difference it will make, but have you tried cleaning it? it looked pretty dirty down there.

        doubt it will work tho.
