Looks extremely clean! Any tips for detailing an engine bay to look like that?

The previous owner lived in the metro area. He owned a beach house in Myrtle Beach SC.
Doing the math, he owned the car for 13 years at which time he averaged about 16150 miles per year.
Current mileage is 210008, All highway miles. He was not a car guy, so he had ALL the maintenance performed by his local mechanic.
I bought and built it to introduce my son into Autocross, he is ready to move up our next car.
It was never our "Daily Driver". It is just sitting in my driveway. Make me a reasonable offer...

I love to detail cars. All of our cars are always show shine ready.
To detail the engine start off by pressure washing it, with a lot of hand cleaning in small areas.
The best detailing products I have found and made here in Georgia. Flynn's Detail Products.
I use a product called Motor Shine. The stuff makes your engine bay look new.
