My old crappy top finally got destroyed so insurance gave me 1300 dollars to fix it. I talked to Joe and he set me up with an appointment for October 12th, the total was around 700 with install for a black vinyl zipout plastic window top. I come in this morning and Hector was there, so I talked to him for a while an got to know him pretty well, pretty badass dude! He takes the car in and I head to work.
....8 hours later I clock out of work....
I grab my car, has a brand new top, he fully detailed it on his own behalf with the cleanest I've ever seen my miata, inside and out, dropped the price a good bit from the original total, and gave me the best customer service I think I have ever had anywhere.
I just wanted to thank you, thank you, THANK YOU. I will forever and always be greatly appreciative and forward all miata aqcuaintances to your business. Keep up the incredible work!!!
