hey im assuming you have the correct valve spring compressor to install those? mind sharing where u got it?

I've used several different spring compressors on Miata heads. None of them were special except for the fact they're design for overhead cam engines.

ive tried 2 different ones designed for ohc engines. the little thing that presses the spring down was too big to fit down the hole. where can i find one that works?

Ahhh- Ok. You need to fab up an adapter to the Miata's lifter bore using some pvc. I think it's 1" pvc that works. Cut a stick about 3-4 inches long and then cut out a C shape in the wall so you can grab the keepers with a magnet.
