The guy has owned a machine shop for 14 years, and has all the equipment to machine blocks, heads, and most importantly flywheels. He's now working out of his home shop.
I was referred to him by one of the guys at AAMCO, called him up and was at his house by noon. Half an hour later, my flywheel is resurfaced and balanced for $35.
Compared to the $60-100 and a day's wait quotes I've gotten, I'm definitely happy with the end result.
A good business with a guy who will gladly chat with you while working on your stuff.
