So the other day i was looking at my laptop with it plugged into my DIYPNP and i noticed my map sensor was reading 80 to 88 kpa witch seamed too low for only being about at most 500 to 1000 feet above sea level. Th map sensor is less then 6 months old so is it and could it already be bad?

Which tuning software are you using? TunerStudio auto detects your unit but it picks the wrong MAP sensor so you need to go into your tune settings and pick the right one.

yes - I had the same issue with TunerStudio you must specify the 4 bar map.

Ok, did it change anything at all?
How about physical problems? Did you check the line itself? Where it goes through the firewall it could loose it's grommet and get cut or crimped by the metal.
How about a second gauge to confirm? Do you have a vacuum gauge you could connect?
Did you try checking it in megatune to see if It matches TS?
Diagnosis is a lot easier with more data; can't build a house without bricks.

With the key on but engine not running, does your engine MAP sensor read the same as your barometric sensor?

Try recalibrating the MAP sensor. If that doesn't do it, next try reflowing your solder joints.

When you say recalibrate you mean go to tools and select the thing for map sensor and play with the settings until it reads the same as the barometer????

Yes, but instead of playing with the settings, you need to flash the sensor calibration. TunerStudio will do the work for you.
Tools > Sensor Calibration
MapDaddy is listed under common sensors as MPXH6400.
