Everything you need except the electronics. Came off of an NB, but can be easily adapted to earlier 1.8L use, except for maybe the intercooler piping, that may have to be modified some since they are a little different around the upper radiator hose area. Little damage on the IC itself, nothing major.
Kickass price though. Reputable seller too.

Man, pair that up with a Megasquirt and call it a day! That is a heck of a price too. If anyone local buys it, I can offer some help with the install after having just completed the job myself (with a little help from the good people here on the board ;).
