Failed Emissions

After talking to some people and thinking about it we've pretty much narrowed it down to the cat.
My cat makes noise when i shake it...soooo.....out of the goodness of someone's heart i was hoping to see if anyone had a spare cat laying around i could barrow.. just to pass with??!!!!! lol i'll bring it right back!! (and i wouldnt be asking if the motor rebuild didnt take my wallet and throw it out the window, or i'd just buy a new one)

Same thing happened to mine, blew all the pieces out lol, but we have no emissions here. Sorry :( if I had a cat I'd let you borrow it.

BTW anyone having a stock cat around, you know you can easily sell them for about $60 right?

Ya, my cat was the problem in an emmisions fiasco I had been fighting the last few years. I had usually just bumped down the timing and would barely pass. I finally got a new cat this year, and passed with flying colors. I had G&S put one on, and they also fixed my FM resonator that was messed up.
