Anyone here work with charities?

I'm thinking of changing how the money side of things work on here, probably changing it so any monthly sponsorship from businesses goes straight into a fund for charity. I feel like doing something nice and it would be good if this community innately gave back to something.

I'd rather find something smaller and local that would actually notice some of the money but I'm not going to start ranking one charitable cause ahead of another.

Thoughts?
