there just something about driving with either the windows down or the top down and puffin on a cig at the same time! it just completes a drive to me!
...and when your lungs eventually corrode, fill up with mucus and stop working that completes the cig.
Well..thats why I quit. I know the act of smoking is enjoyable..I always enjoyed it. Its the effects that suck ***. ;)

Cold turkey man...cold turkey. I quit a severe multi pack a day habit...just stopped. Its the only way. ;) The first week or two is the hardest...then it gets easier and easier until you eventually just find cig smoke irritating. Only thing is, if you ever pick them up again you can jump right into your habit again...in 2 seconds. It wont take time to develop like the first time. I have puffed a few cigars...but very rarely...usually when a friend had a kid, but I dont tempt fate with cigs, plus I hate cigars, they taste and smell like donkeys ***....or what I imagine that to be.
I sometimes miss the activity of smoking...but not the nasty breath, nasty car, nasty house, coughing, & potential slow painful death...and anymore it rarely comes to mind.

i was fixing to say how do you know what a donkeys *** taste like! :lolol: but yeah im i think im gonna try cold turkey! here lately ill be smoking and while at the time in my mind im enjoying it but physically im really starting to hate it! so maybe cold turkey wont be to bad! i just need to be ready!

Yep, good idea. Be ready to be stubborn and strong. And cutting back some first is good too. But, keep in mind, your body will only let you taper off so much...it wants the nicotine to feed your habit....then you end up smoking each cig like some joint and holding it in to get it...
Good luck...if I can quit, anyone can!

I will say this...its not quite as bothersome as a drunk guy in the restroom at a Falcons game peeing on my shoes.

I tried that e-cigarette and it was ok although I've actually never tried a real cigarette. It was different and the taste wasn't all that great.

smokers usually dont until they quit, then they start to realize how bad that **** smells:lol:

Meh, I enjoy the time I spend smoking. I don't feel bad about it..as i smoke a pack in 3-4 days. I do try to be considerate too.

I am like you now about that, but back in the day I was smoking a pack to two pack day. That was until my old girlfriend would get sick from the smoke that was still trapped in my clothes, so I was able to kick the habit and break my addiction back then. Now I smoke so randomly that it is not a big deal for me to go a week or two without a smoke.

haha.. when we were doing the springs on Jenn's car the one to cig I had work on the car were the first ones I had all week. I have the issue now of it not being the nicotine that I crave but just the habit of smoking such as when I am drinking or when I am stressed out.
