What year is your car and what kind of use will it see?

Installation is pretty much the same no matter what.
You should probably list a bunch of info about your car's set up, desired use, and goals, and your budget...
(yeah I know it's a 99 5 spd, but I bet no one else here does)

well ben i want some thing that will help me not spin out on the mountain roads (you remember right). As far as cost. I don't know how much these thing usually run. 200- 250hp is what i want to get up to.
how much does it usually cost for a differential

After spinning on a mountain road you should think about doing that some where more safe, not look for a better setup so you can go faster on a mountain road.

you realize that this sends power to the wheel with more traction... meaning you're more likely to spin..... (assuming you're driving around like a jackass... or on a track... right?)
EDIT: Yeah... what Jester said.

^ Indeed. Throwing money at equipment to compensate for the nut behind the wheel is never the right solution ;)

And while your at it maybe tighten the nut behind the wheel with a school. I'll sell you a set of Kumho slicks for $250, there street legal. Jp bout me sellin the tires part.
