Ok... I have a Roadstersport stainless steel midpipe and high flow catalytic converter and a stock muffler on my car today.

I do not like the sound... it was too loud with a Racing Beat muffler, and now it sounds pinched with the huge midpipe and small muffler. I should note, I also have a supercharger

If you have a low mile, stock midpipe (with good catalytic converter!) and want to trade, if you're willing to do labor on the swap, I'd consider a one for one trade. If you just have one to sell, shoot me a price.

My midpipe has maybe 10k miles on it, so the Cat is almost new. I just passed emissions, so I know it's good. It is in very good shape.

I'm up in Suwanee, and not in a big hurry. If you're interested, let me know. I'm not 100% sure I want to do this yet, I may just look for a bigger/better patched muffler to quiet it down.

Thanks!

I gave Rotornut my OEM midpipe when he bought my car, perhaps he'll be willing to trade you, you should pm him.

I would definitely be willing to trade. Please let me know.

PMs sent!

I forgot one thing, I have an A/F gauge, and the midpipe has been tapped for the extra o2 sensor. I don't think it would be an issue for the buyer (should be able to be plugged easily). But, I will need to get the new pipe o2 sensor ready, somehow. I know that complicates things a bit!

I just replaced the midpipe on my '99 with a Flyin' Miata one and junked the old one because the surround on the cat was starting to come apart (though I fixed it and it was perfectly fine to use). I probably would have just given you the old one for nothing if this thread had popped up sooner!

Thanks Leafs! Appreciate the thought. The whole reason I got rid of mine was that I fried the Cat; my fuel cards were misconfigured and flooding the engine with fuel for several days. In retrospect, I wish I had just gotten a stock replacement of fixed the cat!

Right now RotorNut has dibs, I'm working out the details with him, but it looks like it's gone.

Thanks everyone!
