where can i find a good deal on seats?

im wanting to pick up a set of Kirkleys and i was curious as to where the best place to snag a set for the best price. or if anybody knows of a place where i can buy a different seat for a good deal as well.


im not to worried a bout comfort, i can make a seat comfy :D

A race seat I assume?

alum or fiberglass or carbon or kevla?

What is your definition of a good deal? I have a $900 race seat for sale for $400 so I think that is a good deal.

i have to save up for a set right now!

dont want fiberglass, im leaning towards aluminum right now for price, but if i can get the money up for a carbon or kevlar then ill go that way!

The last 2 kirkey seats I bought came from Summit racing equip. They seem to have eqal or slightly better prices than most, and they are local if you want to pick it up.

sweet, i just looked in one of your thread with a link to the seat on summits site. will that one snug a 34 in waist?

I am a 34" waist, the 15" seat fits pretty good. The 14" would be way to tight I think, the 16" in my other car is too big, but fits a variety of drivers asses:lol:
