I dont want to spread negativity about the braves chances, so I wont. Watched the game in a local bar last night, the comeback was sick. Gives me hope.

The braves are definitely the worst team in the playoffs. We have an infield of players who haven't played with each other all year, and too many injuries to get us by. However, the thought of the underdog is nice, win or lose, if they make it to the world series, it will be awesome because I will get to go.

And last nights come back was insane, I was at a bar yelling and clapping, and I never do that. It was intense.

Oh well, there is always next year, even though there is no more Bobby Cox, the greatest manager there ever was.

i wouldn't blame that series on the umps. Their starters are more superior. I wish they would have gone further.

Bobby Cox... "Greatest regular season manager" I have to give it to him, 25 years in service 14 straight division. But you cannot play longball every post season, you get away with it in the regular season cuz there is 162 games.

He did play some small ball the last game, moving runners on sac flies. Oh well good season, too many injuries. It sucks cuz Lowe and Hudson really did their thing...

Fredi Gonzalez announced today as the new manager of the Braves.. Pendleton is no longer the hitting coach, he'll move to 1st base.

Good move in my book...

Thank god!!!!!!!!! I heard about Fredi, but moving Pendleton is genius. He is the worst hitting coach ever! Hopefully we will get someone who knows how get the job done. I think Chipper should retire and be the hitting coach. I think he will eventually.

Next year is starting to look promising

Yeah, Gonzalez has had some really good years with very little money to spend so It should be cool to see what happens with the braves. But for now, we get to focus on football, Falcons 4-1, hell yes.
