I don't like it because I want to be the creator of such program stateside. And also I get the impression it tries to hard and will eventually become an advertising feature. Also, I'm not a big fan of American humour compared to British :D

I have to admit, the humor of the British helps out a lot. They don't b/s and tell you what you want to hear, they'll tell you the negative to anything and everything as well. :D

i agree i dont think it will work, unless they make Dale Earnhardt Jr or Jeff Gorden there tamed racing driver, aka the stig, and then all the track testing will have to be done on a oval track.we all know how cool it is to see a car turn left, then left, then left, and then left yet again.

maybe tanner will be the stig he is a good driver. anyone else wish that jay leno was one of the host for the show. then even if they couldnt get celebrities on the show they could just raid his garage and have enough cars to make a couple of seasons of the show. personaly i think it would be more fun to see the celebrity in there own sports car what ever it may be race againt tanner in a stock miata everytime instead of having the celebs in a cheap car.
