Door Panels

I took off my drivers side door panel and noticed condensation on the plastic cover that is in between the door panel and the actual door. I don't have the plastic on my passenger side, and I was wondering wether to keep the plastic on or take it off. I want to do whatever is the best for the door panel.

keep it if you can. Its there for a reason.

However, I took mine out. but I park in a garage.

It will still get in the door panels when it rains when you're driving if you took it off...
