I was sitting at the bank the other day and pulled the e-brake up and took it out of gear while I was waiting. When I got ready to go I put the e-brake down and put it in gear but when I got ready to leave it acted like it wanted to stall out but gave it more gas and it crept on and got ready to pull out of the parking lot and it did the same thing. I also noticed that any time I let off the brake it wanted to slow down like I was hitting the brake. I came to the conclusion that the e-brake must have seized up the piston to the rotor, so I pushed on the brake pedal hard to see if it would release and it did. Also I had a very hard pedal feel to it. By the time I got to work though it was very very soft and didn't think it was going to stop, haha. Anyways today the brake light has stayed on all day with the e-brake all the way off. Anyone have any ideas? Sorry for the long post, just want to be thorough. The car is a '95 by the way.

Bet one of your rear calipers are frozen. Easiest thing to do is figure out which one it is and replace it. If you had gone and looked at your rear wheels when you go to work and felt heat radiating from one or the other, you would have known which side was having problems....or you could go look at your rotors and see which one is a funny color to it.

It's not good to drive with the caliper acting up...
