What would you like to see added/changed on Mx5Atlanta?

Unfortunately that's for the old 3.5, we're running on 3.7

It will be an alternate skin. People who regularly browse forums tend to like the darker look but for casual members it's not as attractive and gives off an l33t haX0r amateur feel.

Don't worry jester, this theme won't be going anywhere. There will just be alternates for people to pick from when they're in the user cp. This will stay the default skin.

I'm looking at a mobile version aswell so it can load quicker and easier on cell phones.

I tried the GamersX skin but everything is out of proportion. Is anyone else having this issue?

I'm not having those problems. The only thing i'm having to do is go to the forum buttom on the top header to go back to the forum whereas the normal skin has the forum breakdown "mx5atlanta.com - forum home - off topic- funny miata ads" for example.

Yeah it's been all messy because it's not finished yet. I restored a default gamersx skin to see how people like it before I get rid of all the third-party hosting and put all the images on my ftp. Do people like it otherwise?

I don't know if I'll stick with this skin. It's not a simple well split up style. The logo part at the top is actually split in two and hosted on some gamersx website.

Hey, I like this! And it has custom links at the top. YAY! :D The quick reply box seems a little out of place since it's got a white background, but oh well. May make it easier to type for those with not quite so good of vision.

I also like the fact that it resizes the forum to fit in the window. Makes it easier to be a little more stealth at work. :ninja:

It'll get there. As far as I know this template is not saved on our storage site, so Jack still has to save everything and then work on blending the logos and images.

You talking about Link1, 2, 3, and 4? I'm pretty sure those will be set by Jack as he has the storage host access and I only have forum admin access. Unless the skin carries over into the control panel, but I have not seen any added access on my side of things.

This skin is on the host side now. It'll just require some photoshopping to create suitable images for empty holes. Custom user-titles won't be available just yet.

iTrader has been discussed at length many times. We don't feel it's necessary to start using it yet as the majority of members here know each other on a personal level. So if someone has a bad experience, the whole community is going to know about it anyway.

That and the possible version incompatibilities. Most other vbulletin boards that run it aren't as up to date as we try to be. And the mod side takes a while to get full support for each version.
