I'm going to shoot for at least 18psi on those forged babies. Hell, they're at least dished for lower compression. :D

With a bad tune, not very much.
With a good tune, some more.
With a great tune and all supporting mods, more than that.
:D

I'd probably keep it at 15 psi and no more with the Link. I've seen what happens to stuff when the Link causes "spark scatter".
