WTT/feeler iPhone for iPod touch

Ok, I have an unlockable 8gb iPhone 3G that I don't use as a phone anymore. It's in great condition, but the back cover has a hairline crack. I'd like to trade for a 32gb 2nd gen iPod touch... Street price seems about the same. Let me know!

I'm just linking the photos, they are pretty big, but the crack is still hard to see. look closely near the dock connector. It's probably still under warranty, I have not bothered calling apple yet.
