Once you get a empty 7" housing does someone offer HID kit that's compatible with the NA harness (94)?

Don't put an HID in a reflector housing that's intended for a halogen bulb. Not only with the output not be any better than stock but you'll be blinding on coming traffic.

I did a H4 upgrade in 4x7 housings in a old truck and its not bad, I had to lower the housings a bit but no problems. I just havent seen a miata with them plus I wanted a 2000k bulb so it'll be yellow less usable light.

To you it may not seem bad but to oncoming traffic, they would like to kill you. Trust me, I can't tell you how many ricers I want to smack upside the head for doing this.

Although you can upgrade to a 7" housing using an H4 bulb, the length of an HID bulb compared to halogen bulb is different therefore the output will not reflect off the reflectors inside the housing manufactured for a halogen bulb properly thus the light dispersion will be negatively effected.

I've had 3k bulbs as my low beams a couple years ago (before all the ghey ricers began doing it) and honestly, you can't see anything. If you're wanting to increase your vision at night, do it the right way and don't go any lower than 4k kelvin nor any higher than 6k kelvin bulbs but do it the right way. They offer a 7" housing that is made to accommodate HID's.

Do it right or don't do it at all.

i would get the low rise buckets that already have projectors. true HIDs are in a projector type setup. go on japan.yahoo or whatever and buy a used hid set up from a true HID car. you wont annoy anyone when its done. RIGHT. for stock buckets just get silverstars.

get into the bippu (vip for the ricers) camp and you'll find they're striving and in australia and japan they're going nuts with hardcore mods. stretched tires? why not stretch them so far the rim is on the ground, and then daily drive it 1 inch from scraping with 12 degrees of neg camber..

Rotornut is parting his car which has a set of Moss headlamps. You may want to pm him to see how much he's wanting for them if they're not already called for.

Unfortunately I will not be selling the Moss setup, although I do highly recommend them.

you can get projector housings for cheep.... why not spring the $40 and get those and spend $100 on the hid kit.

it requires hard wiring as just about any hid kit calls for....
