The latest project at my house...
Dubbed "Krusty" by yours truly, we have here a 1969 Mini Clubman.
It was acquired along with a featured magazine car, a 1972 Mini Clubman from Austrailia.
The Aussie car was featured in a 3 page spread in Mini World back in 94 and was affectionately named "Kylie" by its previous owner. (see magazine pic) Therefore I thought Krusty to be an appropriate name for this crusty little white car.
Krusty is powered by a 998cc engine mated to a 4 speed gearbox. With a little work we got her running this last week and am now waiting on brake parts. Hopefully this week the car will see a test drive.
Kylie now resides with another member of this board. ;)
I have included a picture of my *** for those who requested it.

I had hoped one of these fine Clubbies would make the Polar Bear Run, but it would be a miracle. The parts dealer (Dion of www.djminis.com) is a great guy but notorously slow. Combine that with overworked UPS and xmas shipments and it may be some time before parts arrive. Dang.
Kurt's Clubby was a great deal and remarkable solid and complete. Hopefully it will be resurrected with little work. The other Clubby was a super find, and should clean up very nicely. I would be jealous of both if I had not just bought another old VW. Cars are a terrible addiction. Yesterday I looked at a '66 Triumph Spitfire, second owner, only 39,000 miles. It was hard not to make an offer. He is moving out of state at the end of the week. If it is still there I may make a "death offer". Oh my poor credit line.........

"Krusty" is now for sale.
I wish to thin out my fleet and concentrate on my other classic Mini project.
With a little tinkering and some tune up parts she came to life. Still needed: brake work and cosmetics. I have acquired various maintenance parts and brake parts to go with her.
She would be a great platform for anyone wanting to do a flip front Mini with a Honda
swap or a Suzukl Swift turbo swap etc.

You should change his name to "Kuddly" and then put him up for sale. :D

Yes. And a decal on the back window that says "Maximum capacity: 14 clowns"
