I think MODScotty may have posted about these a while back, but at the time the price had gone back up. Anyway, looks like a good deal assuming the quality is decent.

Link stopped working for me too...I'm not sure why. I changed the link to their homepage...if you scroll down you will see the $69 header sale.

good quality, but Scotty never could get his egr threaded...maybe just a one time problem, but at the price, it's worth a shot.

The header I got was the stainless one, not the ceramic coated one. I'm pretty sure they're totally different designs (judging by pictures on their site, so who knows).

Long story, but I basically blocked off my EGR. HOWEVER, if you have some time, a vice, and some elbow grease, you could definitely make the OEM EGR pipe work with the header. I chose not to do that, because I didn't have the time to devote to it, and I don't have to do any kind of emissions testing, so EGR is worthless for me.

Also, the design of the header, performance-wise, is awesome. It definitely freed up a noticeable amount of power on my car. More than any header I've installed on a naturally aspirated car.

It's definitely a cheap header though. It's pretty thin, and as stated above, the EGR fitting doesn't line up quite right. But as for bang for the buck, it's definitely a great deal.

I just ordered one too. Even if it's crap for $69 its a cheap way to satisfy my curiosity.

Back in 92 I bought the then new Racing Beat header for $300, then had a 1.8 flange welded on the tubes for my 1995 1.8 swap for another $100, then in 96 spent another $275 having it JetHot 2000 degree coated inside and out. I will be buried with that header.

Got the header 26 hours after I ordered it. wow.

It's a 4-2-1

It is definately thin wall, will require some blending of the flange and the egr tube will need some triming since it protrudes a 1/2" into the tube. I can see this thing cracking after a couple of summers but for the price it's not bad.
