Well, while it's funny, I have to say I agree with Ben. The shocker symbol has the index and middle finger closed. This is more of an odd way of making a W. I'm guessing they didn't use the traditional method cause it means West Side, although I'm not sure this is any safer considering the amount of people thinking it's the shocker.

If I'm not mistaken the folks in the pic are members of the Arizona State Track Team, the sign is 'supposed' to be the ASU Sun Devil's pitchfork....close enough to the shocker to make me giggle though
