I've just painted my GV lip, it was a used one that already has holes, whats the best way to mount it ? Nuts and Bolts ? rivets ?

what do you guys think and how have you done it ?

I've used nuts and bolts with a combination of the 3M hella strong double sided sticky tape for the most curved part of the body. My lips have always stayed on tight.

First use a couple of clamps that will allow you to get the position just right. I found this easier to do with the car up on ramps. Once you get it into place some 3m auto tape will great to hold it in place while you bolt it in place. Be sure to use some really good washers, locking and regular type. When I had my first one mounted, the knucklehead didn't use washers and a lot of the bolts actually pulled through the bumper. I got smarter the next time.

Vice grips or clamps are your friend when trying to line it up. I used bolts with both locking and regular washers, didn't have any issues. I didn't have to use any 3M tape though, probably wouldn't hurt.
