I also need a cover for the bottom of timing system.. i think it's just a dust shield under the cam gear dust shield.

he was lol i didn't know there was a difference, but we figured it out, but by the way what was mine long or short?

and where can i buy one of those if yours doesn't match

From mazda. It's a $20 part or so.

I think theyre more then $20...probably $35-50
According to your VIN you have a long nose...however I would confirm that by double checking the crank damper pulley. If 8 slots its long nose, if 4 slots its short nose.
I have a short nose pulley. Sold out of long nose pulleys.

Well mine may not need to be replaced. ya'll tell me here are some pics.
The only bad part is the spots i used to pry it off the teeth are fine..
