Who's out there breaking the law?

I just got pulled over in Henry county. I wasn't speeding so it was really confusing. The officer didn't really say anything, just asked for my liscence and insurance. Then he sat in his car for about 15 minutes before giving me my docs back and telling me to drive safely.

I guess someone out there in a red NA is breaking the law near McDonough.
