The stubborness of Internet Explorer... open up www.mx5atlanta.com in firefox and then in IE... you'll see what I mean. Why the f*** won't it respond to the same html commands as FF and use the scroll bar for bigger pictures!!

And there's always the most irritating one...mostly because it's obviously intentional...When someone is waiting to pull out from a side street, and obviously see you coming (sometimes even making eye contact) and then wait till the last minute to pull out just because they're bigger and they know you'll slow down.

And Sawyer, I couldn't agree more. Had wayyy too many Trucks nearly crush me. The worst one was last week when a Tundra/Tacoma decided on a 2 lane into 1 merger that he just had to undertake me and force me into the highway. He was completely behind me!!!

-I hate it when people wait till the last minute to get in a turning lane. Then they expect me to just let them in, even though they don't have their blinkers on.

-When I'm driving down I-285 and there is someone in front of me changing lanes with out their blinkers but are making a very slow transition. It's as if they are thinking "maybe if i go slow enough I won't have to use my blinkers."

I was going to post that no one ever pulls out in front of me, and then yesterday struck and I had four people pull out of me throughout the course of the day, twice in the Mazda and twice in the parts truck. I don't know if people can't see white vehicles or what the deal is. The one that really pissed me off was in the morning, I was going down Dallas Highway after it crosses over Barrett. The right lane becomes a turn lane, and the left lane remains a normal traffic lane. People know this, so the right lane is empty and the left lane is usually clogged up. I'm going along at 45 or so (posted 45 MPH) and I see, off in the distance, an '08 or so GMC, one of the big SUVs, sitting in a side street on the right hand side.

He sees me coming, does nothing. Five or ten seconds go by, now I'm within ten car lengths of him, still going 45. Nine car lengths. Eight. Seven. He pulls out and comes to a complete stop, blocking my lane. He apparently was trying to force his way into the left lane, but the cars already there snugged up and prevented him from doing so. I had one hand on the wheel spoke and the horn as I dove to the right and whipped around him, the other arm up in the air with middle finger fully extended.

Do people think we're not as close as we are just because the car is so small? What's the deal?

When I driver acts retarded and endangers me, I feel the need to act retarded in return. I will usually down shift and do a flybye if its a multi lane or ride their butt for a sec if its a single lane. If someone tailgates me for a while I like to test thier brakes versus my 4 wheel disc brakes. :) Call me ricer but I like to get my points across with stupid people.

Lol, I only tail gate when I am cut off or somthing like that :-p I make an effort not to piss people off to be honest. If I am turning out and think it will be close, I will accelerate hard just so that they do not have to slow down or move so that I am not in their way.

I think my DIY daytime runnning lights in the miata have reduced the number of people who pull out in front of me. Before I did them, people always seemed to pull out in front of me, not so much now. Perhaps it makes the car just a little more visible?

Yeahh, I know I hate when people do that **** to me, so I make an effort not to pullout in front of people and go 30 or cut people off. But If Im going 60 in a 55 and I have a truck that refuses to back off me? Then I'll give a gentle brake tap as a warning. If they stay on my ***, i test out their brakes.

I had nozzles on my RX7 that had 3 outlets on each nozzle and had very good pressure. 2 were aimed at the windshield, and 1 over the car. I could piss someone off for tailgating me and improve my visibility at the same time. :lol:

In Atlanta, your #1 enemy is ANY cab driver. Under no corcumstance, no matter what,do not let them do anything, this means blocking them/riding alongside because no matter what lane they are in, at the next intersection they WILL attempt to cross all lanes of traffic with no blinker....they are worse then any other type of driver.

People who cut the double lines to weave in and out of the HOV lane in heavy traffic. It's not your personal express lane....and I will block you from passing me....unless you use the dashed "exit" areas to get over.

Pigs...err cops...who think they are above the law and think that it's perfectly good for them to tailgate other cars doing the speed limit/following the law. I swear to God, the next one that does this to me is going to get a complaint filed agaist them. I'm going to call 911 and report a reckless driver who is speeding, tailgating,bullying and then slowly describe the car as a [color][model] with various stickers , a lighr bar and "[department] police" on the side...as well as their tag number. Other thing noted from this group, have experienced both.
If they rear end you, 9 times out of ten they will run. Had to chase one one time so that I could get the plate number, called 911 and followed them until the cops caught them.

In another instance, I was waiting to pull onto 400, the car in front of me moved, I thought he had pulled onto 400, but he had just moved forward.
I looked over my shoulder, saw a break in traffic and moved forward bumping into this car, minor bump, but he took off like a rocket. Did not bother chasing that one down:lol:

Yesterday I was on I-85 coming home, stuck behind a Semi limited to 65mph with a Jeep Wrangler in the passing lane PACING the truck...meanwhile there was a line of cars in both lanes behind me getting frustrated...so I threw on the hazards and held down my horn, wedged myself between the truck to my left and behind the wrangler and started swerving in my lane. Faking emergency to get the ****er to move shouldn't be necessary...people should stop being ******bags on the roads like they're the only ones there... None of us could even go the speedlimit..

1.The leaky slave cylinder I just replaced(thank you kurt) that would on occaision leak all fluid out and literally made me grind my gears.

3.People that think just because miatas are small they aren't safe. My jeep is big with no top and no doors and people will consistently not wear there seatbelts til i make them cuz of it. Yet the jeep would totally ruin my day in a roll(rollbar but lots of open spaces to get jabbed) but i would feel halfway safe knowing the miata was designed not in the 50's.

For example my dads friend has a 99 mustang cobra with the normal bolt ons and a retarded amount of money in his suspension yet still doesnt have coilovers and can barely out handle my car. He thinks that i am wasting my time building the miata because it will never be fast since it doesn't have a v8. Yet for the price of his suspension and the rear ends he's gone through(Ford IRS fail) I'll have my whole car built and beat him even with no boost. He always say you can take any brick out of a junk yard and put a big motor in it and go fast trying to make fun of my car yet he's the one with the boat anchor v8 and since when are mustang more aerodynamic than miatas? There are many many others like this. They make steam come out of my ears.
