well guys, what are your thoughts?
since kimi has been driving for mclaren way back when i've been his fan. this year, however i've been cheering for massa.
to be honest, i'm really upset. last corner last lap, and nothing anyone could do about it. yes, i hate glock, but congrats to hamilton. he's finally proved he's best.
do you think he'll hold on to the championship next season?

Well, considering last year's finish, i think so. Hamilton needs some polishing, but the skill is there....and by skill I mean not rear-ending other cars on pit lane
the best part was seeing everyone celebrate in the ferrari pits, then the realization that massa lost

and you can claim sandbagging on glocks part, but he ran pretty much the exact same time as trulli did on dry tires on that lap

Yup...
Love it ,what a finish to the season . the "premature ejaculation" in the Ferrari pits was something to see.

Well, Ferrari stll has much to celebrate.. Constructor's Championship and Massa was only 1 point behind Hamilton and he technically won more races than Hamilton...which is nothing to scoff at by any means. But the Ferrari pit scene was kinda funny to watch.

i was kinda meh on the race until the last dozen or so laps. when vettel passed lewis with just a few to go, i was like "I CAN'T BELIEVE IT, HE'S THROWING AWAY TWO IN A ROW!" ...and then the rain started falling. that last corner was un-freaking believable. what a way to end the season!

I'm not sure how much solace Massa can really take from the constructors championship because technically he had the better team but still lost.

All I can say is **** Lews. I hate him.
It is known now though Vettel if he is put in the right car, will walk Hamilton. Hamilton was 100% LUCK.
Exciting race, but horrible championship results.

Hamilton was 100% LUCK.
bwahaha... one race, luck. two races, still luck - maybe. leading the championship down till the last race of his first two seasons in f1? you're an idiot if you're still denying that the kids has skills.

skills? like hitting stopped cars sitting in front of a red light? that's talent! or leading the points, as you mentioned, and near giving away another championship by 1 point? or leading by 7 points and winning by only one? it's a bunch of rubbish.
lewis hamilton won, congrats. however i'm still not impressed.
my predictions for next season say that hamilton doesn't retain the title and all of massa, alonso, and kubica battle it out with him for the title. for some reason i see alonso doing well, even with renault.

Haters.... how on earth can someone win the F1 world championship and not have skill Mitch? Come on now.

Seriously, 13 poles, 9 race wins and 22 podiums in his first two seasons in F1. if you're 'still not impressed' then what exactly would it take to impress you? I'm not saying you have to like the guy, but he's the champion!

He's good, but he's FAR from being the best.
He is stuck up, overly aggressive which does not help at ALL, and yes, this past race especially was 100% luck, you cannot deny that at all. He got passed by Vettel and was NOT going to catch him.
Lewis thinks that he is far better then he really is. Little Vettel is who you need to watch for when looking at a really bright future.

Thank you sir lol.
....AND as for being a Ferrari fanboy I am not! lol. I used to be a Mercedes fan back in the Hakkinon days (spelt that wrong i'm sure). Also used to cheer for BAR Honda.

That Vettel has been seriously impressive I do not deny in the slightest. I was really sad to see BMW have to let him go. Speaking of BMW, what happened to them in the back half of the season? I was really hoping to see Kubica in the mix for podium spots, but the last few races were embarrassing.

So.... Vettel is more exciting than Hamilton on the grounds that he's had a few exciting races and shown up as the dark horse? Compared to actually dominating the podium for two seasons? You can say Lewis started off with a bigger team but as many pundits have said, that's a hindrance for a rookie, to be thrown straight into the lime light and not given a chance to cut his teeth and get the mistakes out of his system with a lesser team.
The last race wasn't luck. If Glock hadn't stayed out on dries there wouldn't have even been any tension when Vettel passed Hamilton.

Lewis was expecting to lose on that last lap, there was nothing he could do, Vettel outdrove him, Hamilton can't rely on other issues to win races. IT WAS LUCK. If Glock made the car stick we would not be having this conversation, and Lewis would once again be crying.
There is no telling what could have happened if Glock went in, some other spot could have been taken up to still put Hamilton back.
Vettel really is more exciting. I have never been excited about Hamilton at all. You drive for the big team you win races. You drive for the big team and get passed by a little boy in a small car and can't catch him...LOL. Hamilton may have started with a big team and not had a chance to work things out and make his way up and just go straight to the spotlight, but he's been racing for Mclaren Mercedes technically almost all his life starting in karts, it's like his family, he did tons of testing, tons of work, so it's kind of just regular for him to be there, he's like their built weapon.
But like said before, Hamilton makes DUMB mistakes. I don't like his personality either, and from people I know who have hung out with him he's a total cocky dick. I can see that on TV.
I personally truly believe that Vettel is the driver to watch, and far better of a driver then Hamilton.
