LOL if he can't see photobucket as embedded links, he can't see photobucket as regular links. All he and I see now are the links, and they're still blocked. Useless LOL

That's a great pic. The nose color difference is almost unnoticable.

Now raise the damn thing up a bit so it's functional. :P

hahaha yeah im glad too! im thinking im just gonna leave it how it is, because i love it right now.

and yes it is plenty functional, we took a bunch of back road trips and it feels so incredibly stable at its current height.

You're clearly unfamiliar with the camber curves in the rear of an N/A Miata.......

What are the spring rates?

mustangtomiata

haha good pun, yeah your car does look good and now you can do the whole fast and furious thing by driving under 18 wheelers.

no, im clearly familiar with it, i have a buddy who's giving me his alighment specs from his old csp miata, so it will be corrected and will soon be a monster in the curves and when i get it to a track day, of course after i get a better set of stickier tires ;) these wally world tires are only good for sliding around on.

spring rates are 8k front (450 lb/in) and 6k rear (approx. 350 lb/in)
imo theyre a great match for the car, not too stiff and not too soft. of course i do have the damper adjustability to also improve the ride.

haha fast and furious thing, thats killer i did enjoy pulling under the trailers though!!

slidin_miata
07-16-2010, 05:17 PM
i can assume that your are running GR+Plus??? i have the same ones, i had mine slammed for about a week, then i remembered i drive over a LOT of speed bumps an it just cant take it, but i raised em up a bit, and they handle...wait for it...BETTER haha, for some reason i guess its the way i reset the rebound but the car handle's great and i still get a good lookin stance. here's a pic

hey better to reasearch then end up with face in palm. How well do the rebound adjustments work? Ive heard they do nothing ive heard they can break but those were old posts so they may have fixed them by now. im just makin sure i dont end up with problems since i race this thing. What year did you buy yours slidin?
