There is a filter setup so someone can't write a whole post full of CAPS. However, the forum software seems a little odd at enforcing it at times.

Yeah I'm not quite sure how the system is set up. Sometimes it works and others it doesn't. Of course, if you're a blood gnome as Decoy is, then it's not a problem.
