Headlights are stuck in opposite mode

Was messing with the lights making them wink and they got stuck with one going up when the other one closes. my right one wont close all the way and wont go all the way up either. it lacks about 1/2 inch from being all the way up or down. any suggestions.

:jawdrop: wow, when mine did that i made my GF hit the button one more time, and it reset them. but im sure if that doesnt work, you could pull the fuse for the headlight motors, and manually retract the headlights via the little red knob on the headlight motor.

not to be rude, but next time place this in the trouble shooting thread ;) but glad to see you value others opinions on fixing your car :D

Yeah, try what he said to reset them. Had to reset a '97 that way, and it worked.
And if one is not going all the way or all the way down, you might want to check the motor arm/link and make sure that nothing is preventing it from moving. Could also be the bushings are worn out on that arm as well.

yea i got it to go almost completely down and saw that there are some loose bolts that need to be tightened. Thanks i really appreciate it :)
