I bought the car no reverse lights at all , didnt catch it when I was looking at it. I checked fuse its good pulled covers no bulbs , installed bubls stay on, hence forth the reason for not having bulbs, I think its the reverse switch . Any thoughts, pointers on it and is it an easy fix? Dave

Its not a biggie. A plunger switch on the top of the tranny. Not exactly easy to get at. A cut-off adjustable or a stubby wrench a help. There are two switches on the tranny, so make sure you get the right one.

also maybe try to switch the wires around coming from the switch that might be a cheaper fix.

Is the second /other switch the neutral switch?

The other switch is a First/Second gear switch. Not sure if it tells the ECU something or what. The parts list is confusing but it implies that the switches may be the same switch, just a different function. Per the attachment, the BU switch is on the drivers side.
