Mazda Miata-Supercharged-Race/Show Car For Sale - $12500 (Wilmington)

I am selling my 1990 Mazda Miata Hardtop and yes its supercharged. It is a Jackson Racing polished supercharger feeds a 2000 mile JDM 1.6 engine to 225 horsepower. That means the engine came direct from the Japanese market. As you can see it has a custom paint job that cost over 6000.00 and has five coats of clear over the racing stripes. It also has 16 inch Lexani wheels that were made one off for this car. They have been powder coated for greater durability over paint. This car is a street legal race car. It has a roll bar setup that is SCCA legal along with a wilwood brake-bias that allows you to change the amount of brakes from front to rear. It has a CB radio, strobe lights, stereo, custom interior, and duel exhaust in front of the rear tires. The underside of the car has been protected by adding railing the length of the car. I know I have missed a whole lot of upgrades. 14000.00 worth of extras. Come check it out! 910-232-0051 Chris

While I appreciate some of the work that has gone into the car (I love those side pipes! Just needs more front and rear lip to help offset the low skirts.), I can't help but wonder how much crack Chris is on.

Who knows. It could be done well if someone knows what they are doing. My concern would be fitting it under the car and not ripping it off on something low. A decent sized exhaust, especially for us turbo folks, is not going to clear the frame rails and the ground very well. lol

It it would go better if it had a few more cylinders

Change the wheels and the exhaust and I don't think it'd look so bad.

Here's my question: how do you go from this:
This car is a street legal race car. It has a roll bar setup that is SCCA legal along with a wilwood brake-bias that allows you to change the amount of brakes from front to rear.

To this:
It also has 16 inch Lexani wheels that were made one off for this car. They have been powder coated for greater durability over paint... It has a CB radio, strobe lights, stereo, custom interior, and duel exhaust in front of the rear tires.

I'm wondering if any of the Spec Miata guys know that they can gain an advantage with these! Can you imagine how fast some of those guys would be with strobes y0! Helloooooooooo!

I love when people inflate **** because they think they can get every penny they spent, plus the original cost of the car, how much child support they still owe and their taxes from the past year from selling their car.

What gets me is when people inflate the number of how much they have "invested".

That's why modifying cars is called a hobby and not an investment. Idiots need to learn that.

take the wheels off and it wouldn't be that bad... and it might need something like a painted GV lip to match the sides or even a Bomex nose. But the blue on white isn't all that offending by any means. But it's still only a $5k car on a good day.
