they are pretty nice looking anyone know if they are good quality? would they change colors or anything after a while because they are polished?

If it's anything like their other products, it should be nice, although a quick search did not find any user reviews. Stainless does discolor when heated up, especially where you get fingerprints (oil) on it. Otherwise it just turns from polished silver to a goldish hue.

Yeah it dicolors, but it doesn't look bad. I've seen Derek's, and it looks like the color of when you see soapy water outside, that kind of weird optical rainbow look...kind of.. haha :)
