Editing thread titles....

So why is the forum software such a Nazi about this? I tried editing the title of my exhaust FS thread to say "FS- Flyin' Miata NB exhaust" and it doesn't actually change the title as seen in the FS section, only after the thread is opened. Stupid vB.

I don't know why it does that either. I don't think it's an exclusive to this place as I've had that problem in the past at a variety of places. I think it makes the change if you do it shortly after the original post.

There's not an option to let users change the titles as they appear in the sections. But admin/mods can make the title change easily.

yeah, i think thats only a mod option. IA is the same way.
